The object of the CIO are:
1. The preservation and protection of health and welfare and relief of poverty of vulnerable communities and people, including refugees, internally displaced persons, disabled persons, children, women and other individuals in need, in East Africa in particular but not exclusively by providing food, education and health facilities, care and support for the public benefit.
2. The advancement of wellbeing of the people with disability in Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya and United Kingdom, through alignment with the Human Rights act 1998 and the United Nations convention on the rights of persons with disability (2006) in particular but not limited to.
3. The organisation SRSDO not only support the disabled people and orphans of East Africa, but also support the disabled immigrants who have come to the UK. We need to help them for job marketing, to support local housing, medication and language learning for integration. The organisation members also visit these people once or twice a month to discuss their needs.
